Bank & Account Reconciliations

  • Monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Review of suspense and clearing accounts
  • Checks for duplicates, gaps, or anomalies
  • Monthly period marked as reconciled in accounting software

Supplier Bills & Expense Recording

  • Recording of supplier bills when provided via shared workspace
  • Attachment of receipts and supporting documents to transactions
  • Matching of payments to bills in the system
  • Maintenance of up-to-date payables list

Note: Payment processing and approval workflows are not included

Customer Invoice & Payment Recording

  • Recording of provided or system-generated sales invoices
  • Matching of customer payments to invoices
  • Maintenance of accurate receivables list

Note: Debtor chasing and collections are not included

GST Bookkeeping & BAS-Ready Records

  • Application of GST codes to all eligible transactions
  • Recording of GST on domestic and import purchases
  • Maintenance of GST supporting documentation
  • Preparation of accounts ready for BAS agent review

Payroll Posting (where applicable)

  • Importing of payroll journals from your payroll system
  • Reconciliation of payroll clearing accounts

  • Batched queries sent via shared workspace comments

Service Delivery Timeline

Documents due: 5th of each month
Bookkeeping completed: 15th of each month
Queries resolved: Within 5 business days of client response

Delays in document provision or query responses may shift completion timeline

  • Support your accountant and BAS agent with clean records

Catch-Up Bookkeeping

If your books require historical clean-up, catch-up months are charged at Core rate regardless of your selected ongoing package.

Formula: $249 × number of months requiring catch-up

Example: 6 months catch-up = $249 × 6 = $1,494 (one-time)
