- Structured digital record keeping
- Query management workflow
- Month-end close and file review
- Update of coding rules for recurring transactions

- Month-on-month movement summary
- Identification of notable variances or anomalies
- Plain-language explanation of key movements
Format: Written summary document (not spreadsheet), under 500 words, delivered via shared workspace by the 20th of each month.
- Cash position at month-end
- Overview of outstanding receivables and payables
- Identification of potential short-term pressure points
- Highlighting of unusual shifts in timing of cash flows
- Repeated exception patterns (e.g. expense category increasing >20% for 2+ consecutive months)
- Emerging cost growth in specific categories
- Concentration or dependency risks in income streams
- Issues that may require further financial review or accountant involvement
Note: Trend awareness is monitoring and flagging only — not advisory recommendations.
- Delivery of monthly summary report to client
- Brief clarification exchange via shared workspace if required (up to 2 rounds per month)
- Capture of context notes for future month interpretation
- Roll-forward of monitoring items into next period
Format: Asynchronous communication via shared workspace — no scheduled calls.

- Increase visibility of cash position and emerging trends
- Surface early warning signals so issues are addressed sooner
Catch-Up Bookkeeping
Behind on your books?
If your books require historical clean-up, catch-up months are charged at the Core rate regardless of your selected ongoing package. Catch-up bookkeeping is charged as a one-time line item added to your initial subscription payment — there is no separate invoice or additional checkout step.
Rate: $249 per month of catch-up required
Example: 6 months behind = $249 × 6 = $1,494 (one-time)
