BAS preparation & lodgement, payroll processing, and catch-up bookkeeping — available as add-ons to any advancr subscription, billed monthly alongside your base plan.
Add-On 01
Our team prepares and lodges your Business Activity Statement with the ATO on your behalf. Available quarterly or monthly depending on your reporting cycle.
Note: BAS lodgement is performed by a registered BAS agent under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. This service is available only where your bookkeeping is maintained by advancr and records are reconciled prior to the lodgement due date.
Add-On 02
Full-service payroll including pay run processing, superannuation calculation, and Single Touch Payroll (STP) lodgement. Priced by employee headcount.
Note: Payroll processing requires your accounting software to be Xero, MYOB Business, or QuickBooks Online. Headcount is based on active employees at the start of each billing month. If your headcount increases into the next tier mid-month, the higher tier applies from the following month.
Add-On 03
If your books require historical clean-up, catch-up months are processed before your ongoing subscription commences. Charged as a one-time fee at the Core package rate regardless of your selected ongoing plan.
Your books are 6 months behind. Catch-up is processed first at $249 × 6 = $1,494 (one-time), then your ongoing monthly subscription commences from the current month.
Note: The number of catch-up months is confirmed during onboarding. Payment for catch-up bookkeeping is collected as a separate one-time charge prior to the commencement of your recurring subscription.
