Yes. advancr works with both MYOB Business (cloud) and MYOB AccountRight (desktop and cloud). We access your file as an invited bookkeeper — no data exports, no duplication of your records.
Yes. GST reconciliation and BAS preparation are completed inside your MYOB account every quarter. BAS lodgement is available as an add-on — we prepare the activity statement, present it for your authorisation, and lodge with the ATO on your behalf.
Not necessarily. If your accountant is on MYOB, your team is familiar with it, or you rely on AccountRight's offline functionality, staying on MYOB is often the right call. advancr works with both platforms and will not push you to migrate unless there is a clear benefit for your business.
Yes. Payroll processing is included in all advancr plans. Pay runs are processed inside MYOB Payroll, STP Phase 2 submissions are lodged, superannuation is calculated, and leave accruals are managed. Up to four employees are included in Core and Momentum plans.
