You invite advancr into Xero
After onboarding, you send an advisor invite inside Xero. We accept, review your chart of accounts and bank feeds, and begin reconciling from your agreed start date.
Step 02
You upload documents to your workspace
At the start of each month you receive a checklist in your shared workspace. Add any statements, receipts, or payroll documents — no email chains, no chasing.
Step 03
We complete the month in Xero
Bank reconciliation, payroll processing, transaction coding, and document management — all completed inside Xero on our standardised monthly schedule.
Step 04
Your books are ready every month

Yes. Once onboarded, you invite advancr as an advisor on your Xero account. We work directly inside Xero — no data exports, no third-party tools, no duplication of your records.

BAS preparation is included across all advancr plans. BAS lodgement is available as an add-on. We prepare your activity statement inside Xero and can lodge on your behalf once you authorise — or hand it to your accountant if you prefer.

advancr is Xero-compatible and currently working toward Xero partner certification. All bookkeeping work is performed directly within Xero by experienced practitioners familiar with Xero's bank feeds, payroll module, and reporting tools.
